ALREADY SUBSCRIBED AND READY TO GET STARTED?

This guide will show you how to book a mental health provider and attend your consultation through the Your Doctors Online application. If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s time to take some action.

1

Open the application

Open the Your Doctors Online application on your phone or tablet. On the dashboard, tap on “consult” icon shown at the bottom screen.

2

Choose your type of service

Once you select your patient profile, a list of services based on your purchased plan will appear. Tap on “Mental Health Provider.”

3

Describe your medical issue

On the medical issue screen, proceed to select your mental health concern from the list. If your health concern is not listed, select “other” and briefly describe your issue.

4

Schedule your mental health session

If you need help right away, tap on “start session” to choose the earliest available provider. You’ll be queued immediately for crisis support.

If you prefer to schedule a consultation at your convenience, tap on “book session” to select the date and time that works best for you.
