Absolutely love this app for myself and all my family members. Need a prescription asap and they got it done within hours. I was connected to a doctor for my needs and it was fast and great service. I was able to do a call through the app and message in the chat to send documents, pictures and to talk more. Love the convenience of getting all things medical that don't require an in-person visit. Extremely healthful when you have trouble leaving the house with multiple kids. We'll be using this app as long as it continues to run ! It's a time saver. People may get upset about the price but it's absolutely worth it in my book for the whole year with my family! No more doctors appointments in person to just get a prescription or blood requisitions, sick notes and more. Absolute game changer for me! And available 24/7...its a 10/10 for me !

I am so impressed with this App! It's often hard to get good medical help at the time you need it. This was simple and fast and genuine. Within moments of requesting a consultation, I had a phone call and an intake appointment and my case was forwarded to a DR on duty.. within no time, I had a prescription for the issue at hand..not only that, the Dr reached out a couple days later to see how I was doing. I truly believe the family plan is well worth the money you spend. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Service - worth it
I’ve only had exceptional service for myself and my kids through the doctors on this app. Very patient, professional and thorough questions are asked and considered. Even things I thought they couldnt help me with, like renewing my daughters EpiPen, thry were helpful. It’s a bit of a hit to pay the subscription fee for the year upfront, but for my family and I, who dont have a reliable doctor, its 100% worth it.

I love this company! They make my life easier by filling my medications quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend signing up for the year plan - I use it every month without fail so definitely get my monies worth. I rarely write a review but felt they needed the credit. Some of the questions get redundant but it’s a small price to pay and I’m sure it’s just their SOP. Definitely worth the effort!!

I had the pleasure of visiting with Furqan Haider today (11/9/25) and he was not only kind and friendly, but also very efficient and helpful with getting me the refills I needed for my blood pressure medication. He was very thorough and asked me all the pertinent questions and within 20 minutes or so, my prescription was being sent for final approval by Dr. Cheema. I have been using this service for nearly two years, and I have never had a single complaint or problem. They are just wonderful, and they have made getting the medication I need so easy and convenient. Thank you YD, I am very grateful for you!
