Easy to sign up, didn't love only having an annual plan as an option but use it 3 times in a year and it's cheaper than Maple, and they were faster. Audio quality on the phone wasn't great but the app is good and really detailed at keeping you knowing where everything is in the process, I loved that they called the pharmacy to confirm the fax and tell me when it was ready.

I recently found myself without a family doctor, I was a little hesitant to use an app, but this one is fantastic. I have frequent issues with allergies and stuff and they have been super helpful and fax prescriptions to my pharmacy quickly and when I needed a doctors note for work when I was very sick they issued it very quickly so I didn’t need to worry and could rest in bed rather than driving to a clinic and waiting hours. Well worth the subscription price just in the first use. Thank you so much! Nice to know I have this team in my pocket whenever I need help!

Doctor wait times in Nova Scotia are 7+ hours in emergency with limited walk ins so as a mom with two small children the ability to have a virtual appointment with results is a blessing. Wonderful Service - worth it
I’ve only had exceptional service for myself and my kids through the doctors on this app. Very patient, professional and thorough questions are asked and considered. Even things I thought they couldnt help me with, like renewing my daughters EpiPen, thry were helpful. It’s a bit of a hit to pay the subscription fee for the year upfront, but for my family and I, who dont have a reliable doctor, its 100% worth it.
