How to add a family member
Your Doctors Online is a leading telehealth platform that lets you share your online subscription with your family. This means everyone can get quick access to healthcare when they need it.

This guide helps you add a family member so you can get online healthcare services for all your loved ones.
Open the application
Open the application home screen on your phone or tablet. Tap on “consult doctor”. This will take you to the patient profile screen.
Invite a family member
Tap on “Invite family member” tab at the bottom of the patient profile screen.
Enter family member's details
Fill in your family members’ details, including their full names and email addresses. Once you have done so, click on “send invite.” An invitation link will be sent to their email.
Get them on board
The new member will appear as “Pending” until they accept the invitation sent to their provided email address. Ask them to open the email invite, click the link, sign in, and join your family health sharing plan.

- Ask your family members to accept the invite quickly so they can start using the service.

Do added family members get their own login or share my account?
Each member gets a login connected to the personal email address you provide. All accounts are separate. Members’ consultations and health information remain confidential and cannot be seen by other members.
What if a family member does not receive an invite?
Invites are usually sent within seconds. Ask them to check their spam or junk folder if they don’t see it.
What if I enter the wrong email address?
No worries. Contact our support team, and they will be able to help you set up with the right next steps or email address.
