When your skin is yellow and the whites of your eyes turn yellow, it is a symptom of jaundice. This could be a sign of a gallstone. How does this occur? When a gallstone blocks your bile duct, your liver isn’t processing bile. This is not good and you should definitely take jaundice seriously.

Bloating of any part of the body is a health symptom worth taking serious. If your legs or ankles become swollen, and it isn’t getting better, you may have a heart issue. How? When the heart is not pumping blood in and out at an optimal rate, edema of the body, especially extremities happens. Edema is a buildup of fluids that cause legs or ankles to swell. The color of your urine and poop can tell you a lot about your current state of health. If your urine is dark and your poop is a light color, you may have a gallstone. How?
